Mark your calendars for our 2nd Annual Trunk or Treat event. This year’s theme is going to be spooktacular—not just about candy and costumes, but also about creating meaningful connections with local businesses, uplifting and helping them get exposure while supporting a great cause. We’re partnering with Hands of Hope, a nonprofit that actively uplifts the community through educational training programs and vital support for those in need. All donated and gathered items will be distributed on November 20, 2024, and we, at ReMax Heritage and the Team Bardell, are hosting the event to make sure these goods reach those who need them most. 
Four Corners Fall Festival

The Four Corners Fall Festival is a celebration of the season with something for everyone.
Set against the backdrop of Cagan Crossings, this family-friendly event promises a lively
atmosphere with local vendors offering handcrafted goods and a wide selection of food
trucks serving up delicious meals. Activities will include a Kidzilla Business Fair, where
young entrepreneurs can showcase their businesses, pony rides, and the ever-popular
Frankenstein bounce house. Be sure to catch the kids’ parade at noon, with participants
receiving goodie bags as a special treat. This is a great opportunity to support local
businesses, spend time with family, and embrace the spirit of fall in the heart of Clermont.

Viva Osceola 2024

Viva Osceola is the county’s premier Hispanic Heritage Month celebration, where the
vibrant energy of the local Hispanic community comes alive. This free event is hosted at
Kissimmee Lakefront Park and features live performances, traditional music, and an
array of Latin American foods. From salsa and merengue rhythms to flavorful dishes
representing countries across Latin America, Viva Osceola offers a cultural experience
that highlights the diversity and richness of the community. Whether you want to dance,
enjoy authentic cuisine, or simply soak in the lively atmosphere, this festival is an
incredible way to honor Hispanic heritage.

This event celebrates Hispanic Heritage Month with live music, cultural performances, and
