Festival Floor Plans
There will be five different Festival Floor Plans. These plans will range from 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms all the way up to 5 bedrooms and 5 1/2 bathrooms. This community will also have 4 different size buildings as well, ranging from a 4 unit building to an 8 unit building. Festival’s vacation villas will include premium features such as granite counters with 4″ backsplash, 42″ upper cabinets, GE® Energy Star® stainless steel appliances, recessed lighting, 18″ ceramic tile throughout first floor common areas and 10′ ceilings with 8′ doors. Each separate floor plan will have a private screened in pool with a 380 sq. ft. pool deck with a storage or an optional cabana pool bathroom with outdoor shower. At Festival there is a plan suitable for almost every family.
