1. Visit Disney Springs! Walk around and take in the beautiful scenery of what Disney Springs has to offer.

2. The Charles Hosmer Morse Museum of American Art! offers free admission for select days and houses an extensive collection of works by Louis Comfort Tiffany.

3. Tibet-Butler Nature Preserve! Offers hiking trails and a chance to observe local wildlife.

4. Wekiva Island! A secret watering hole located along the shore of spring-fed wekiva River. Spend the day lounging in adirondack chairs, playing volleyball, swimming, and much more! Admission is free during the week.

5. Check out the Gaylord Palms! One of the best parts about Gaylord Palms Orlando is the atrium. This 4.5 acre enclosed glass atrium features thousands of native Florida plants, animal displays, replicas of Florida landmarks, restaurants, shops, 360,000 gallons of harboring aquatic life and more.

6. Hagerty Farms Pumpkin Patch!

Now through October 31, Hagerty High School in Oviedo hosts Hagerty Farms Pumpkin Patch to support the Hagerty Girls Lacrosse team. This pumpkin features tons of fun vignettes to snap pictures and a spider web maze.

7. Visit lake Hiawatha Preserve Park!

The park offers a range of amenities, such as two designated dog areas (one for dogs over 25 lbs. and another for smaller breeds), scenic hiking and biking trails, a fishing pier, restroom facilities, a disc golf course, and a charming picnic pavilion. The playground was thoughtfully designed by architects to capture the essence of Old Florida. Additionally, a fully functional replica of a vintage water tower has been incorporated into the playground, providing children with an exciting and interactive water-splashing feature.

8. Winter Garden Halloween Experience!

The City’s Halloween Experience provides fun and spooktacular festivites in downtown Winnter Garden. There will be a hay maze, photo locations, light displays, and so much more for FREE!!

7. Santa’s Christmas Tree Forest- A Lot of Pumpkins!

Santa’s Christmas Tree Forest in Eustis may not get to the height of its busy season until later in the year, but Santa’s pumpkin patch gets things kicked off in autumn. A Lot of Pumpkins runs each weekend through the end of October, with trick or treating encouraged on the 30th and 31st.

Tickets: $8 per person. Kids 2 and under are free.

8. Pumpkin Ponderosa at Showcase of Citrus!

This annual event includes a pumpkin patch, outdoor games, pumpkin painting (weekends only), and hayrides. Guests can also enjoy the famous monster truck tour through the ranch, farm animals, playgrounds, catch and release fishing, and gem mining!
