The house has 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms, and sits on a large corner lot with a fully fenced backyard and an impossible to find attached two-car garage (20X20). Inside, the high, vaulted ceilings make it feel bright and open, with sunlight pouring in through every window. If you're a vampire or daytime sleeper, you're not going to like how much natural light this house gets. The primary bedroom has an en suite bathroom and also features french doors that open to the backyard, which is both peaceful and private. The mounted television and sonos system will remain in the living room, along with the top of the line washer/dryer, and oversized backyard umbrella, which shades the entire rear patio so you can enjoy the outdoors no matter what month. Flexible on move-in date beginning mid December through end of January. If you're new to town I have a list of everyone who takes care of the house, from handyman to lawn to cleaning. Everything you need is a hop, skip and jump away; the Sunday market on 5th Ave N, downtown, the beach, groceries, restaurants, parks, the Jim and Heather Gills YMCA — all of it.
