The Southern Dunes community in Orlando, Florida A community of approximately 700 Florida villas and vacation homes located around the Golf Course. The community of Southern Dunes Golf and Country Club is located approximately 8 miles south of I4 exit 55 on Highway 27approximately 20 minutes drive from Walt Disney World.

The course was ranked # 6 in Florida in Golfweeks America’s Best Courses you can play (March 2004). It has an excellent club house serving food and drinks and is available for use by property owners and their guests. (You don’t have to play golf to use the club house)

Southern Dunes is an established, peaceful gated community comprising of a mix of vacation homes and owner occupied homes. Within the community there are 3 swimming pools, two tennis courts and a small children’s play area with swings and slides.

Super markets are close by along with petrol stations and banks. I4 is just minutes away providing quick access to the beaches near Tampa on the West Coast or the Space Coast beaches near Cocoa and Melbourne and direct access to the theme parks.
