Qualification
The process of reviewing prior to approval (of a buyer's housing
needs and financial abilities, of a
borrower's mortgage loan application, or
of an application for ((censure) (See
also Underwriting)
Quite title
A suit or action in a court to remove a defect, cloud, or claim
against the title to real property.
Quitclaim deed
A type of deed that will effectively convey any present interest,
claim, or title to real property that the
seller (grantor) may own.
